Everything you need to know about our no-refund system

All payments made for CV Sender services are final. Once a payment is processed, no refunds will be issued regardless of whether the service was used, partially used, or not used at all. By completing the payment, you acknowledge and agree that you will not be eligible for a refund under any circumstances.
Immediately after the payment is confirmed, the system automatically starts performing the service, including sending CVs according to the selected package. Since the delivery is automated and begins instantly, the service cannot be canceled, paused, reversed, or refunded once activated.
If a technical issue on our side prevents the service from being executed properly, our team will re-run and deliver the service again at no additional cost. In such cases, the solution will always be service re-execution, not a refund. Technical issues caused by the user (such as incorrect files or wrong email settings) are not eligible for compensation.
By completing the payment process, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agree to this Refund Policy. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from purchasing or activating the service.
