By accessing, browsing, or using our platform, you confirm that you understand, accept, and agree to comply with these terms, including all policies referenced within this document (Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Anti-Fraud Policy).

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the CV Sender platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, your sole remedy is to stop using the platform. Your continued use constitutes your full acceptance.

Important: Any use of the CV Sender service constitutes acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use of the platform.

2. Data Collection and Update Methodology

At CV Sender, we are committed to the highest standards of quality and accuracy. Company data is aggregated from publicly available sources on the internet, and all email addresses undergo rigorous technical verification tests to ensure their validity and deliverability before being added to our database. To save your time and facilitate your process, we conduct a comprehensive periodic update every 6 months, removing inactive emails to ensure the data remains up-to-date and effective.

3. User Accounts

Some features of the platform require creating an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated information during registration. You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities performed under your account.

  • You must not share your login credentials with others.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
  • Any action taken through your account is considered authorized by you.

4. Prohibited Conduct

Users must not misuse the platform or engage in behavior that violates the rights of others or disrupts platform operations. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Sending spam, irrelevant content, or unauthorized advertising.
  • Attempting to hack, disrupt, or manipulate system operations.
  • Collecting data from companies or job seekers without consent.
  • Uploading harmful files, malware, or malicious code.
  • Using the service for illegal employment practices or fake job postings.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, branding, platform logic, software design, features, and documentation belong exclusively to Afaq Human Resources Platform. No user or organization may copy, reuse, modify, or distribute any part of the service without written approval.

6. Limitation of Liability

CV Sender provides its services on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee employment outcomes, message delivery success, or the legitimacy of external job opportunities. We are not responsible for:

  • Decisions made by companies regarding received CVs.
  • Content submitted by job seekers.
  • Fraudulent job offers or unauthorized use of external company identities.
