Company data is aggregated from publicly available sources on the internet, and all email addresses undergo rigorous technical verification tests to ensure their validity and deliverability before being added to our database. To save your time and facilitate your process, we conduct a comprehensive periodic update every 6 months, removing inactive emails to ensure the data remains up-to-date and effective.

Some features of the platform require creating an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated information during registration. You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities performed under your account.

All content, branding, platform logic, software design, features, and documentation belong exclusively to Afaq Human Resources Platform. No user or organization may copy, reuse, modify, or distribute any part of the service without written approval.

CV Sender provides its services on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee employment outcomes, message delivery success, or the legitimacy of external job opportunities. We are not responsible for:

• Decisions made by companies regarding received CVs.
• Content submitted by job seekers.
• Fraudulent job offers or unauthorized use of external company identities.
